Kelsey Fields needed to earn his MBA in order to advance in his career with the Illinois State Board of Education. After earning his undergraduate degree in organizational leadership from Millikin, continuing his education with the Evening MBA program was an easy decision. “I was really pleased with the curriculum and instructors at Millikin,” Fields commented about why he chose to continue at Millikin for graduate school. Fields graduated from Millikin’s MBA program in 2022 and currently serves as a principal consultant for the Illinois State Board of Education. The real world experiences that Millikin’s professors brought to their classes stood out to Fields, along with the practical knowledge taught in the curriculum.
